The workshop discussed
communication styles and rituals between men and women that lead to
frustrations and misunderstandings in the workplace and at home.

The workshop helped to build understanding and celebrate diversity which will help us to build better teams and be more successful.

A "sold-out" crowd participated in a Gender Difference workshop put on
by Women in Nuclear at the Canadian Nuclear Society meeting in
Toronto on June 14, 2005

The workshop was led by gender expert Joanne Thomas Yacatto (standing in centre.)




Thomas Yacatto provided many insights to the crowd about the differences between men and women and their interactions in the workplace.

Over 120 men and women participated in the hands-on, very insightful
and amusing workshop
